Here’s the procedure for do-it-yourself brake pad replacement:
1. start by removing the 2 allen bolts attaching the caliper to the bracket.
2. remove the two small allen bolts found in the side ng caliper to release the brake pads
yun lang, then mare-release na ang brake pads… same procedure for the front brakes….and reverse the procedure pagkabit.
3. pry the old pads a bit w/ screw driver, to push back the caliper piston a bit to compensate for your new thicker pads and for ease of re assembly. On some z2s the outer allen screws on top are also covers of the actual caliper bolt (inner bolt).
